Sin abrir un juicio de valor sobre el rechazo al desarrollo en el Cerro López, me está preocupando la circunstancia en que Bariloche se esta transformando en la ciudad del NO.
No al desarrollo en el Cerro Lopez
No a Wallmart
No a un desarrollo comercial en el centro de Bariloche
No a nuevos hoteles 5 estrellas
No a nuevos consultorios médicos semi céntricos.
No a nuevos loteos
Y a varios proyectos mas, pero tambien veo que, por defecto,(es decir los mencionados son NO "por acción", los que siguen sin "NO" por omisión o inacción del municipio y nos están diciendo que:
No a repavimentar y ensanchar la Avda Bustillo
No a prolongar la avda de Los Pioneros
No a bachear correctamente la ciudad
No a mejorar el transito
No a mejorar sustancialemnte la seguridad
No a la estación terminal de micros
No a iluminar los accesos a la ciudad
No a mejorar la calle Mitre
No a colocar mas semáforos o dirigir el transito en las horas pico
No a iluminar la plaza de la Catedral verdadera "boca de lobo" para los transeúntes
No a ampliar la oferta de estacionaminto céntrico, pero SI a la "desaparición" de los que existían.
No al control técnico vehicular prohibiendo a muchos automotores a circular por falta total de seguridad.
No al mejoramiento de los edificios escolares
No a ampliar el horario de atención al publico de los organismos públicos para no "atorarnos" en 4 o 5 horas para realizar los tramites. (La verdad, que nunca comprendí porque el comercio en general atienden al publico entre 8 y 10 horas por día mínimamente, y los organismos públicos con su "burrocracia" interminable, solo atienden 4 o 5 horas, ah!, igual que los bancos.... ¿ serán privilegiados?)
No a ampliar estacionamientos donde están los organismos públicos construidos sin el estacionamiento que le obligan a los privados.
Y así podría seguir ad infinitum... No propongo el SI sin análisis, pero tampoco el NO por que NO.
Y si ponemos a la altura de la Caminera una puerta de "pánico"? Si, esas que solo se abren para salir y no dejan entrar a nadie...
